Special Meeting 1st Reading for Bylaw Amendments
May 25th, 2026

1. OPENING MEETING
Deputy Mayor Allan Parks called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

2. Deputy Mayor Parks thanked everyone for coming and tuned the meeting over to the CAO Perry for the first reading of the Code of Conduct and Elections Proceedings Bylaws Amendments.

CAO Perry read the first reading for bylaw amendment for Code of Conduct Bylaw 2026-02

MOTION moved by Charles MacAusland seconded by Jonathan Gallant and carried
THAT the Bylaw Amendment for Bylaw 2026-02for the Code of Conduct bylaw be approved as read.

CAO Perry read the first reading of bylaw 2026-01 Election Bylaw Amendment.

MOTION moved by Charles MacAusland seconded by Corey Gillis and carried
THAT the Bylaw Amendment for Bylaw 2026-01for the Elections Proceedings Bylaw be approved as read.

Deputy Mayor Parks thanked everyone for coming and the meeting was adjourned.
