Special Council Meeting
June 26th, 2018.

1. OPENING MEETING
Chairperson Ivan Blanchard called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

John Gillis – Councillor (Absent)
Robin Gillis- Councillor
Pat MacLellan – Councillor
Ricky Myers- Councillor (Absent)
Joan Arsenault – Councillor (Absent)
Michelle Perry- Administrator

Council went over the By Law sample for Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest and Procedural By Laws. And they have put their input in to create the By Law. The first reading of the New By Laws will be scheduled at a later date.
