1. OPENING MEETING
Mayor Albert Gallant called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

Mayor Gallant opened the meeting and wanted to give the developers an update on the capacity study that was done for the East Lagoon. The developers gave a brief update on what there plans are as far as the property development and they are eager to get things moving. The community will need to do an upgrade on the East Lagoon to increase the capacity by 860 people over the next 25 years. They are in the works right now on applying for funding for the project. As far as the original drawings that were presented by the developers, nothing has changed. They do not want to invest in having all the plans drawn up until they get the go ahead from the community. Council still has some questions that need to answered, so they requested that the CAO send an email to Environment to see if they can get those questions answered.
