Special Meeting: 2000 Zoning & Subdivision Amendment
February 8th, 2021
1. OPENING MEETING
Mayor Albert Gallant called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
Present:
Albert Gallant – Mayor
Allan Parks – Deputy Mayor
Jacqueline Lecky- Councillor
Pat MacLellan – Councillor
John Searle- Councillor
Ivan Blanchard- Councillor
Joan Arsenault – Councillor
Michelle Perry- Administrator (on Phone)
Mayor Albert Gallant called the meeting to order at 6;00 pm
The planning board put forth an amendment for the Rural Municipality of Miscouche 2000 Zoning and Subdivision Bylaw which consisted of adding 2 new definitions. 1 for a Mini Home and 1 for a Tiny Home. Then these words were added into Section 6.1 and Section 6.5 of the Bylaw. Which will allow these definitions in Mini Home/ Mobile home and Tiny Home parks that is approved by council.
This will be brought to the public on March 8th 2021 for the public input on the amendment.
MOTION moved by Jacqueline Lecky seconded by Ivan Blanchard and carried
THAT Council go forward with the amendment for the Rural Municipality of Miscouche 2000 Zoning and Subdivision Amendment.
Motion Carried.
